Municipal Control Tower: predictive mental health management within reach of city halls
A dashboard with aggregated indicators, participation targets and monthly reports helps municipalities plan mental health care with data, transparency and complete confidentiality for participants.
The Municipal Control Tower for Continuous Monitoring of Psychosocial Risks brings to city halls the same intelligence INTMP applies in companies: measuring, monitoring and acting before distress turns into sick leave, an overloaded health network or lives lost.
What the municipality can now see
- Aggregated well-being and psychosocial risk indicators for participating civil servants and residents.
- Participation targets and a monthly engagement report, by audience and by area of the city.
- Trends over time, so campaigns and the care network can be planned on evidence.
- Open accountability through the INTMP Transparency Portal.
Confidentiality by design
Each individual report stays with the participant alone. The municipality receives only aggregated, anonymized indicators, published for groups of five or more people, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
How the partnership is funded
As a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (OSCIP), INTMP signs Partnership Agreements with public bodies (Law 9,790/1999). Brazil’s Constitution earmarks half of individual parliamentary budget amendments for health (art. 166, § 9), and Law 13,019/2014 waives public calls when funds come from parliamentary amendments. Participation is always free of charge for citizens.
